Universal'S Cabana Bay Beach Resort Orlando

Thank you very much for a really great stay for six nights of our stay.

Views are awful.

The hotel room was neat with comfortable beds.

The bed was too hard, unfortunately.

Everything was awesome, it had good wifi, no complaints whatsoever. This accommodation had a central setting to the parks. Polite hotel staff at every level.

I enjoyed that it was fairly clean and incredibly beautiful, the staff were exceptional and rooms were brand-new.

Pleasant and wonderful hotel, the services were great, favourable location close to the park. On-site restaurant Bayliner Diner was a bonus, had dinner there.

It was spotlessly clean and nicely designed hotel. The rooms were bright & reasonably large. The food was great, we loved it.

The hotel was gorgeous and overall clean, had exceptional views to another room. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Resort Shuttle bus stop.

Everything is great here, had a very comfortable stay for six nights of our stay. The staff are efficient, and there is a nice reception to relax in.

Stunning position along with superfriendly staff are the reasons we thoroughly enjoyed this enchanting hotel.

I had really really nice experience and definitely want to stay in that area again. Light and reasonably clean hotel, the staff who served me were helpful, and it had top location close to the parks. The service was good and the pool was nice.

Spotless and interesting place and the breakfast was TASTY. Normal double unit. Service-oriented, terrific staff that were happy to help. Relaxed by the pool, it was excellent, especially when the weather was lovely. The hotel was in an efficient business location.

Perfectly clean, good value hotel, its location was best possible and adjacent to parks and Volcano Bay and the bowling alley and gym. Good service, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

This hotel was good home base for exploring Orlando, loved it.

The place was contemporary and pleasant and the staff were amicable, the location was perfect away from shops. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was warm with an amazing view.

The staff were amicable and the setting was very convenience! Room was huge and tidy and the bathroom was very new. You could walk to a market and the shops. Lovely local beach, that was what we liked. The hotel restaurant was big with outstanding cuisine.

Thanks very much for a brilliant stay, I would definitely stop here again. Easy check in and late check out. Besides, it offers excellent wifi to guests.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other family-run hotels. Everything in this hotel was nice: optimal location and extremely friendly stuff. Room was soundproof and bed was super. The breakfast was warm, I liked cereals, eggs, cheese and yogurt. Neat property, first-rate service.

We loved staff and rooms, the hotel had essentials we needed.

Unfailingly friendly staff, adequate room and very pretty location. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. There was a great selection of options for breakfast, including yogurt, eggs, cereal and cheese, I really enjoyed it. Automated check-in and excellent customer service.

Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

Practical location, responsive personnel and hot breakfast. Our room, including a good size bathroom, was perfect, and well-kept. Loved the main bar. Location very close to all Universal parks as well as shops.

Traditional hotel, common rooms. I visited the main bar and loved the hot drinks. Service was exceptional too. Property was reasonably priced, very good value for money as opposed to other options.

Impeccable staff, great bed, delicious breakfast. Wooden furniture and private bathroom, air conditioner, coffee and 2 televisions in the room. Service was very efficient throughout our stay. We ate in the modern restaurant which was reasonably priced.

It was the best of Orlando hotels I visited before now. Strategic location, the staff was supportive and the rooms were good. Breakfast was fantastic, food was always fresh.

We appreciated the funky-style building and our just average room. Comfortable beds, climate control and iron/ironing board in the room. Prime location in gorgeous area, consistently courteous lobby staff. Quick breakfast combined with perfect service. What's more, free WiFi was very effective

We would recommend this place. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like thunder falls terrace, set within 25 minutes walk or so. We had a fantastic view from our room...

Our favorite hotel in Orlando, staff was amazing. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was OK. It offers fast check-in too.

the hotel was what we enjoyed during our vacation. moreover, we had no problems with free wi fi. you can relax at strong water tavern, located nearby.

We strongly recommend it with confidence. Hotel's position short way from all places we wanted to see, like alligator alley:)))

Tourist destinations like skull island were very close to this place. It was in general a very nice experience.

All in all a pleasant experience. One could dine at restaurants such as new dutch trading company 10 minutes away. It was definitely 3 stars for us.
